Your festive menu
We put together your wedding menu from our current menu. It always follows the seasons, using organic and local ingredients wherever possible. All courses are served plated, and the starter comes with homemade bread and whipped butter.

Tailor your day
Here are the most popular extras for your celebration. If you have special wishes, we are happy to help.
We set the tables with white tablecloths, white candles or LED lights, white napkins and simple flower decorations. We are happy to put you in touch with a photographer, a musician or DJ and a hairdresser. We have worked with all of them for years.
Make your wedding a weekend to remember
If you would like to gather your guests for the whole weekend, we offer accommodation with your celebration: 33 rooms in 2 locations, all within walking distance, breakfast included.
For loud music after 11 pm, a minimum of 12 rooms must be booked (6 of them with sea view). For larger parties, we are happy to help arrange extra accommodation nearby.

How many guests can your party rooms hold, and how are they arranged?
Kaffestuen is an elongated party room with 2 windows overlooking Stevns Klint and the Baltic Sea. Kaffestuen can hold 44 people at 4 long tables or up to 32 people at one long table. Kaffestuen is clad in light wooden walls, with upholstered furniture, a high ceiling and beautiful, atmospheric lamps.
The café is an elongated party room with 4 windows towards Stevns Klint and the Baltic Sea. The room can hold 28 people at 4 long tables and up to 22 people at one long table. The room is charmingly furnished with historic photographs and paintings from the long life of the seaside hotel, a checkered floor and newer FDB furniture.
