We are Green Key certified and work actively and purposefully on the green transition at the seaside hotel, from local ingredients to energy-saving measures in daily operations.

Here are some simple ways you as a guest can help protect nature during your stay:

Only switch on lights, heating and electrical appliances when you are in your room. It helps us save energy.

Please sort your waste at the recycling stations in the corridors. If you are unsure how we sort, just ask.

Use our door hangers to let us know whether you would like your room cleaned. If you would like fresh towels, simply leave them on the floor.

Save water when showering and brushing your teeth, and drink the tap water. It is clean and saves you buying plastic bottles.

Take the free bus, borrow our bikes or follow Trampestien, the clifftop path along Stevns Klint. It helps us protect the landscape.

Our work with sustainability

We work actively and purposefully on the green transition at the seaside hotel. We have a sustainability team with staff from all of the hotel's departments, who meet monthly and work on different themes and initiatives.

We report internally on our water consumption, electricity consumption, waste sorting and waste minimisation, food waste, green foods and several other important benchmarks for our shared efforts.
